Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Jindabyne, NSW, using Australia Post.

Shipping prices are calculated on weight - 

  • Small parcel (0-2kg) is $10
  • Large parcel (2-5kg) are $20 and
  • Extra Large (over 5kg) are $30.

All orders will be packed and processed within 3 business days and shipping times will vary depending on destination but will be in line with standard postal delivery times with Australia Post - usually within 3-7 business days.

When orders are sent out you will be emailed a notification with tracking details so you can track your order.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online, that's OK, we can exchange products, subject to the following conditions:

  1. To start a return please email info@agyleyoga.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted without first requesting a return/refund by email;
  2. Products purchased from the Agyle Yoga online store can be returned by the customer with proof of purchase;
  3. Any refund on items will be refunded within 7 days to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued (please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too);
  4. Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original tags/labels attached);
  5. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
  6. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.
  7. We receive the goods within 21 days of the email notification date.

    Damages and Issues Returns

    1. Returns for damaged goods should be notified to Agyle yoga by email within 14 days of receipt of your order;
    2. To start a return for damaged goods please email info@agyleyoga.com.au. Faulty returns will not be accepted without first requesting a return/refund by email;
    3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not;
    4. If approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    5. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
